الإشراف على فرق مناديب التوصيل وضمان تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية اليومية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة. يشمل الدور التخطيط للشفتات، متابعة الأداء، حل المشكلات الميدانية، وتدريب الفريق على سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

إدارة وتوزيع المهام على مناديب التوصيل.

مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء اليومية (عدد الطلبات، معدلات الرفض والإلغاء).

معالجة المشكلات التشغيلية فورًا.

تدريب وتوجيه المناديب لتحسين الكفاءة والجودة.

التنسيق مع فرق العمليات وخدمة العملاء لضمان رضا العملاء.

الإشراف على صيانة المركبات/الدراجات والالتزام بمعايير السلامة.

Job Title: Delivery Riders Supervisor
Work Location: Saudi Arabia
Priority: Candidates currently based in UAE or Kuwait – with proven experience in professional environments

Description:
Supervise delivery rider teams to ensure daily operational targets are met with the highest standards of quality and safety. The role includes shift planning, performance monitoring, resolving on-ground issues, and training the team on company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and assign tasks to delivery riders.

Monitor daily performance metrics (orders completed, rejection and cancellation rates).

Resolve operational issues immediately.

Train and coach riders to improve efficiency and quality.

Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Oversee vehicle/bike maintenance and enforce safety standards.
